Welcome to My Skyway Capital Review!
Maybe you’re here because you’ve heard of a seemingly good opportunity that would let you invest and make money in return. Maybe you’re also wondering if that company is legit or just another scam in disguise.
Skyway Capital Review Summary
Name: Skyway Capital
Website: www.skyway.capital
Founders: Evgeny Kudryashov
Product Type: Multi-level Marketing
Price: $100 Minimum For The Investment
Quick Summary: Skyway Capital is a networking company in the investment niche. It’s more of an investment fund opportunity for the monorail project that they are basing the company on.
Skyway Capital’s MLM program enables one to earn money by simply making an investment and gaining from the company’s promised ROI. It also lets members earn through recruitment.
Being an investment opportunity, they don’t have retail products to sell and earn from; what they market is the affiliate membership and the chance to invest in purchasing “units,” which is gonna be used as a fund for the said project.

If that’s the case, then you’re in the right place!
In this review, we are going to take a closer look into Skyway Capital, its products, compensation plan, and other important details to help us know if this multi-level marketing opportunity is legit or not.
We’ve reviewed a couple of investment scheme companies in the past, such as:
Unfortunately, it’s seldom to find a legit one.
Well, is Skyway Capital a pyramid scheme or a legit one?
Is it worth your money and time?
How does it really work?
What Is Skyway Capital About?
Skyway Capital is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that offers an investment fund opportunity associated with their monorail project.
Being an MLM program, it offers an opportunity to invest by purchasing “units,” which is gonna be used as a fund for a monorail project.
In exchange, there’s a promise of guaranteed ROI. You could also earn by recruiting people to join and invest in the program as well.
The owner/founder and CEO of SkyWay Capital is Evgeny Kudryashov, who is also the Director of the company based on their website.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t any information about him anywhere on the internet.
The company is listed in London, the UK, specifically Quijano Chambers, P.O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
However, its IT information is based in Russia, Moscow, 10 Letnikovskaya Street, Rodney Bayside Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia Building 2.
According to WhoIs, the Skyway Capital website’s domain was created on November 29, 2014, and is mainly in the Russian language.
Perhaps, it’s because Russia remains Skyway Capital’s primary source of investment revenue. While the site can be translated into other languages, there’s still much on its website that remains in the Russian language.
Maybe, this is one of the probable reasons why I can’t find much information about the founder/owner. You know, language barriers.
Skyway Capital Product Line
Skyway Capital has no retailable products and services. Again, what the affiliates are only able to market here is the affiliate membership itself.
They may provide an investment opportunity with a promised ROI by simply purchasing “units.” These “units” will be used as a fund that goes toward the monorail project mentioned above.
On their website, it says, “Investments in the SkyWay transport technology. Become a co-owner of the string transport technology”.
SkyWay, which is an innovative second-level transport technology of infrastructure systems was developed by Russian engineer Anatoly Eduardovich Unitsky.
As they claim, the essence of the technology is that the train moves at a high speed on a completely flat steel rail structure on the ground, which is fixed at the two ends of the anchor support.
This SkyWay String Transport that they say is the combination of proven technologies with innovative solutions that creates a completely new approach to the transportation of passengers and cargo.
With the benefits of safety, environmental friendliness, economy (cost-effective), and travel speed. But if the investment goes to the project, where does the promised ROI come from?
Is Skyway Capital A Scam?
Being an MLM opportunity with no retail products would always leave you asking if the opportunity is legit or not.
As for Skyway Capital, I could say that it’s one of those SCAMs.
This may also be labeled as a Ponzi scheme, considering the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines.
Also, if the money goes to the monorail project, where does the promised ROI come from? Obviously from the investments made by other recruits, making it a pyramid scam.
Is Skyway Capital A Pyramid Scheme/Ponzi Scheme?
Yes, it is.
If the funds go to the monorail project mentioned, how on earth does it work into the ROI investment scheme and how are they sustained? Obviously, it’s from the new investments made by recruits.
Considering this, it’s far from being an MLM company, which is a legit business model, by the way. It has tangible or digital products and services that members can make money from. There’s recruitment involved but distributors are not compensated directly for the recruits they make rather, for the sales of their team.
It’s more of a Ponzi scheme as it promises returns for the investment made. If that’s not enough, it would be good to know that a scam warning has been issued against them.
Russia may have been Skyway Capital’s primary source of investment revenue, yet it had also reached New Zealand and it could be emerging as a place of victims but fortunately, NZ has detected them early enough.

Skyway Capital Compensation Plan
Basically, there are two ways to make money in the SkyWay Capitals compensation plan and it’s through ROI Commissions and Referral Commissions.
ROI Commissions - When you get started and make an investment into one of the packages they include, you will get a promised ROI. The company website offers an investment calculator; I used it and entered just $1 and it calculated a $30 return.
Upon further research, you’ll see that you’ll basically earn a 22% ROI on the dollar amount that is invested. Each unit that you invest in is valued at (what the company says) is $1, so a 1-1 ratio.
Ranks - When referring to the commissions that you can earn from the referral commissions, your rank will determine your qualification.
The higher the rank that you qualify for will offer more commissions that you can earn when you refer people and build a team that all invest in the program.
Here are the affiliate ranks with the corresponding qualification:
- Partner Rank – Need to invest in 30 to 200 units.
- Agent Rank – Need to invest in 50 to 300 units.
- Consultant Rank – Need to invest in 301 to 2000 units.
- Manager Rank – Need to invest in 1000 to 10,000 units.
- Leader Manager Rank – Need to invest in 5000 to 20,000 units.
- Top Manager Rank – Need to invest in 5000 to 50,000 units.
Referral Commission - This is paid out using the MLM unilevel compensation plan structure.
GrooveFunnels - Basically, you get paid by referring others that invest and also when your team members refer others to the company that invests. You’ll earn a percentage of their investment depending on what “level” those team members fall on in the unilevel compensation plan.
Basically, this is how a unilevel pay plan works:
- 1st level – This level will only have your personally enrolled people on it.
- 2nd Level – This will only have team members that your personally enrolled members sponsored on it.
- 3rd Level – This level will only have team members that your Level 2 members personally sponsored on it.
- and so on… (SkyWay Capital pays on a total of 24 levels)
How Much To Join Skyway Capital?
To join, you can create and register a free account in Skyway Capital. This will then give you access to the first 4 levels of the unilevel pay plan but you will not earn anything from the ROI commissions.
To get started and earn commissions with SkyWay Capital’s MLM opportunity, you will have several package options but the minimum cost to get started and make money is $100.
The higher the investment level, the more levels of the unilevel that you can earn from. And investing is made available through the card, bitcoin, and wire transfer mode of payments.
Pros/Cons
PROS
To be honest, there’s nothing to like about this opportunity so I’ll go straight to its cons.
CONS
Scam Warning
As mentioned, Skyway Capital has even reached down in New Zealand but wise enough, New Zealand has already issued a scam warning against them. This reason alone is alarming and the best chance to really avoid this income opportunity!
Possible Investment Ponzi Scheme
Since there are no retail products and affiliates will have to buy and promote the membership instead, it is definitely a Pyramid and Ponzi scheme, which are all bound to fail and collapse in the end.
You’ll be hyped up to recruit and recruit but in the end, you would lose it all. It’s illegal and it's a scam that would definitely take you nowhere good.
I would definitely not recommend you to an opportunity that could cause some very serious issues in the future. Better avoid it now while it’s early!

Final Opinion/Verdict
SkyWay Capital’s affiliate membership attraction plan is a large opportunity to get profit rapidly and create a mutually beneficial partnership structure with their monorail project. However, we found out that it’s more of an agenda to scam the money out of its members.
Recruitment is the main key to earn here. In fact, it’s the only source of income since there are no retailable products or services to make money from. This is a red flag that a company is a pyramid and/or a Ponzi scheme so if I were you, better invest in earning opportunities that would ensure lucrative earnings.
