In this post, we will talk about this brand new health and wellness multi-level marketing (MLM) brand that’s making abuzz online. VeloVita has been around for a few months and it’s known for selling Bran -- a product that claims to boost energy levels. 

Other than that, they offer a way to make money other than selling the products directly and through recruitment. 

Exciting, isn’t it? But is this the right program for you? Will it help you earn cash at home or is this just another scam? Are the products legit or overhyped?

VeloVita is a multi-level marketing company under the health and wellness niche. It’s a new brand founded by Kosta Gara and Jeff Mack in April 2020. It’s known for its flagship product called Bran, a nootropic known for enhancing the brain. 

Like typical MLM companies, it offers a variety of ways to make money but there’s one thing that sets this brand apart, and that I will discuss in a bit. 

For now, let’s talk about the founders. 

Kosta Gara calls himself a “serial entrepreneur” and perhaps, it’s because he’s not just been involved with but has founded several businesses, such as bHIP Global, Vionic, and iGalen. 

Jeff Mack, on the other hand, is a keynote speaker and author. He also has experience with direct selling. He’s also founded a few companies, such as Vidacup International; however, it shut down after a couple of years.

Velovita Product Line 

As of now, the brand promotes one product called Bran, which contains nootropic. As mentioned, the super drug mainly supports the brain by improving creativity, memory, and more. 

This cognitive enhancer has been controversial mainly because of its usage and possible adverse effects. However, the revenue of Nootropics-based supplements has continuously grown since 2015. 

As for VeloVita, Bran has generated positive reviews, thus contributing to the company’s success.  

According to the company, its flagship product claims to curb cravings, enhance mood, increase energy level, and increase focus.  

Bran is a single packet that comes in different flavors, such as Lemon Drop, Chocolate Sea Salt, and Caramel Macchiato. It costs around $64.95 per box with 25 single-serving packets inside.

Worth it? That we’re not certain. 

While there are reviews on VeloVita’s website itself and YouTube, I’d take it with a grain of salt because we’re not sure if it’s from a legit user, another distributor, or a paid collaboration. 

I don’t know about you but when it comes to reviews, I trust in legit review sites, such as TrustPilot. 

Nonetheless, here is feedback from their site for your reference:

I won’t directly suggest that VeloVita is a scam. It’s a relatively new program though so there’s not a lot of basis whether it’s really going to help you make money or not. Even a legit review from its users can’t be found online other than the ones on their website. 

It’s good to know that their founders, Gara and Mack, as real people and have a good reputation.  

I understand that it’s hard to spot a legit network marketing from a Ponzi scheme so it’s good to find out as much as you can about the opportunity before diving into it first.

I don’t see VeloVita as a pyramid scheme, unlike typical networking companies with hidden agenda. 

I’ve reviewed tons of companies posing as MLM, such as PureTrim and QNet but in reality, they follow a Ponzi scheme structure so basically, they are a waste of time. 

As for VeloVita, I think that they are more focused on improving and promoting their products, thus helping their distributors focus and increase retail sales rather than just relying on recruitment alone. 

In case you don’t know how a pyramid scheme works, it’s like this: you buy into your membership, recruit people to earn direct commissions, and encourage them to do the same. 

There are no tangible or digital products to sell and the only way to earn an income is by inviting people to join the program. It’s not only illegal, but it’s also not stable because if the recruitment stops, so does the compensation because there’s no other option to make money from them. 

Take note, however, that some pyramid schemes disguised as MLM companies may have products but the brand will just force the members to buy more products. The term is called inventory loading and according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), this is one way to spot a scam so watch out!

A legit MLM company often offers two ways to earn. The first one is through retail sales and the second one is through recruitment. 

As for VeloVita, members have access to the wholesale price of their product so they can sell it in the market based on the suggested retail price. This lets them earn retail commissions. 

The second one is through recruitment but unlike illegal Ponzi schemes, members don’t directly earn from their referrals rather, they are compensated based on the sales that their downlines make. 

That being said, they are focused on promoting the products. 

Anyway, as for the referral commissions, it depends on your rank. For example, Influencers receives 15% of referral commission and Ambassadors receive 20% of the referral commissions. 

You can also join their dropshipping program to earn 10% commissions from each sale. This means that you can make money from them by promoting the product without paying for membership fees.

You can join VeloVita without paying for any fee through their dropship program. 

However, if you want to earn more than the 10% commission and be qualified for incentives and bonuses, you can join by becoming a member, which will cost you $49.95 a month. 

In addition, you have to buy Bran so you can sell it and earn retail commissions. Here’s an outline of their packages:

• Promoter - $324.75
• Influencer - $649.50
• Ambassador - $1299

PROS 

Product Is In Demand 

It’s a new brand but it’s somehow reached a good market already. There’s a potential, especially because the super drug used is in demand. If it turns out well, the pioneers of this brand might benefit from it. 

CONS 

New Brand 

While being a new brand is good, it can also be a challenge because not most people know and trust it yet. As a member, it might take time for you to get your investment back since your market has probably not heard of VeloVita yet. 

Expensive Products 

1 box costs $64.95 and it’s pretty expensive, especially now that most people are struggling with money. I’m not saying that it’s not worth your time and money but think of it, are you really willing to spend that much for a drink without guaranteed results?

Like usual networking companies, VeloVita provides marketing tools and training to help their distributors learn more about the product, marketing strategies, building a team, and more.

Overall, VeloVita is a good brand. It’s new though so we can’t tell if it’s a scam or not. The good thing is that there’s little to no red flags, unlike other MLM brands.  

Also, there are almost no bold claims or misleading details except for their products. I get it though as this is part of marketing. It’s worth knowing that the Bran is NOT FDA-certified so that’s one thing you have to consider before joining the program. 

Another thing is the price of the product and membership fee. Considering the situation today, it will be hard to market the Bran and its opportunity because it’s quite expensive. 

Making money is not easy, especially if you have to spend a massive amount of cash first.
