Is Sabika Jewelry A Scam? [2021 Review] Legit But With Limited Income Potential

If you are a person looking for a homebound job, there are a lot of online businesses to choose from over the internet and mostly, MLM business opportunities are teeming over the business scene. 

Well, if you’re a woman, you’d probably go to businesses close to your heart and passion, one could be fashion jewelry. The good news is that there are a lot of business opportunities like this, including Sabika Jewelry.

But before signing up as a member, it’s worth knowing the company even a little more to know if it’s the best source of income for you or not.

Sabika Jewelry is a direct-selling company that markets European artisan jewelry -- or wearable pieces custom-made by a skilled craftsperson. 

Founded by Karin Mayr Sabika Jewelryin 2001 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she’s known for being a trend consultant and marketing guru with some of the largest Europe’s biggest fabric mills. 

At the age of 50, Karin Mayr started Sabika from the family kitchen table in a time of financial need for her family. She was determined to build a company that connects women in every community. She focused on creating beautiful, artisan-made jewelry founded in her 20-year experience as a successful trend forecaster. 

She has since offered opportunities and seen Sabika transform lives. Today, Sabika is sold by women and men through Sabika Parties across the US and brings out the individual beauty of thousands of women.

Though not Better Bureau Business (BBB) accredited, Sabika Jewelry is a member of the Direct Selling Association.

Sabika Jewelry Product Line

Sabika sells a wide range of artisan jewelry for women such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, pendants, and other jewelry accessories. At the time I’m making this review, the jewelry ranges in price from $34-$219.

Does it work? 

As mentioned, Sabika Jewelry is a proud member of the Direct Selling Association and abides by the DSA's Code of Ethics, showing their legitimacy.

So it would be safe to assume that the quality of their products is meeting standards. I may not be an expert but I could say that Sabika Jewelry products look enticing and dashing yet probably one of the reasons for the complaints is that they are quite overpriced compared to other companies in the same product line. 

How To Make Money With Sabika Jewelry?

Being an MLM opportunity, you’ll basically earn in Sabika Jewelry through retail sales and overrides.

Well Established Reliable Company

Well, the company has been already running since 2001, making it almost 2 decades in the jewelry business. With that long, they had probably earned esteemed recognition from members and buyers. 

And if you’re not doing good in the business, you’ll probably not go as far as a decade. And also their products, the artisan jewelry has set its name on the scene. Having good records, they are probably meeting standards. 

Focus On Sales

Unlike most MLM companies, Sabika Jewelry doesn’t place much focus on recruitment or building a downline. Well, of course, having more recruits will help you gain more income.

But I like the fact that they do focus more on their sales and even showcasing their products through house parties. And also, they have mentorship programs for their affiliates wherein they train them to be more successful. 

CONS

Members Not Substantially Earning

Consultants don't appear to be making a substantial income, according to the company's Income Disclosure Statement, 30% of their consultants don't make a dime. The average consultant only makes $1,926 a year. That is simply not enough for a living. 

Refund Policy

A full refund of purchase can only be requested within three (3) days of the order date. Yes, that’s a short period of time. You’ll only get 3 days to request a refund for unsatisfying products and 45 days to return it to them. 

Expensive Start-Up Free 

To begin as a Consultant, you have to invest $100 and even up to $650 for the starter kits. You’ll also have to pay $12.99 monthly for the website subscription after the 30 days free trial. That’s quite a big sum of money, that will even cost you up to $800 for a year. 

It is a business opportunity intended for those who are fond of jewelry items - in which the majority is women but they also offer the MLM opportunity for men. Being an MLM business opportunity, it’s basically intended for those who have skills in sales and are consummate in the MLM world. 

Those who are great in persuading people to buy, especially in house parties. Well, it can be a part-time job but can’t solely support living. 

Signing up as a Sabika Consultant and purchasing their starter kits allows members to access their back office, business tools, and resources. Along with their starter kits are the retail products, marketing materials, resources and other essentials that they’ll need in their Sabika Jewelry business. 

Being a jewelry company, they also help one another in house parties where they showcase and sell their products. And also, the company has great support for consultants as they boost them with a mentorship program. This program trains new affiliates so they can become more successful.

In closing, I could say that Sabika Jewelry is a legitimate program.

Running already for almost two decades in the business, it is definitely NOT a scam. It is a well-established MLM company selling tangible and dashing pieces of artisan jewelry since 2001. 

Yet, Sabika products are quite pricey in comparison with other products in the same niche. In return, it would put you in a position where it would be hard selling these products since cheaper products are available in other companies. 

Though it is an MLM opportunity, it doesn’t place focus on recruitment which is a good thing but on the other hand, they place much attention in hosting house parties which I could say is a little quite outdated these days where it would be hard gathering busy people. 

Also, their Income Disclosure Statement shows that their consultants are NOT making a substantial income.

So if I were you, I’d better skip this platform.
