Perhaps a friend invited you to join an opportunity or purchase products from a brand called Zinzino and you want to find out first whether it’s a legit company or not. 

If that’s the case, then you’re in the right place!

In this post, we’ll talk about Zinzino -- a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that promotes nutritional products for more than 10 years. It’s legit but does it mean that it’s worth your time?

In 2007, Zinzino was founded by Bergheim Pettersen, a former Senior VP of Netcom ASA and marketing manager of Alcatel Ltd. It’s originally based in Gothenburg, Sweden but it also has physical offices in Oslo, Norway, Riga, Latvia, Florida, United States, and Helsinki, Finland.

Zinzino products are distributed in many continents, such as the Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and other parts of Asia, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, and other parts of Europe, Curacao, Greenland, Puerto Rico, and other parts of North America, and many more.

Basically, Zinzino started with selling coffee pods but since 2013, they added more products, such as health supplements, meal replacement shakes, and more.

Zinzino Product Line

Zinzino is under the health and wellness niche so you should expect the usual products sold in the market by its fellow MLM brands. 

On their website, you will find five categories for their products, consisting of:

• Balance

This consists of fish oils and food supplements in capsule and soft-gel forms that claim to support brain function, improve heart health and immune system, maintain the levels of Omega-6:3 in the body, and more.

• Immune And Brain

This includes Viva, Xtend, and Protect -- the names of their supplements that claim to boost and support the immune system and brain function, relieve stress, promote positive feelings of wellbeing, and provide the essential nutrients that the body needs.

• Weight Control

This consists of Lean Shakes (in Vanilla, Berry, Strawberry, and Chocolate flavor), ZinoBiotic, and Energy Bar that claims to provide higher energy, contain high fiber, regulate blood sugar, lose weight, and build muscles.

• Skin Care

This includes a skin serum that claims to reduce visible signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, provides elasticity to the skin, and brings out a subtle glow.

• Accessories

This consists of their labeled Shake Bottle, dosage cups, measuring tapes, and a mobile application called Balance App.

Below their nutritional product is a line that says: *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

It’s good to know that Zinzino is honest about their essentials, unlike the usual MLM claims that are unbelievable. I’ve reviewed more than a dozen network marketing companies and most of them make bold promises, such as their products are miraculous, one-of-a-kind, or it can treat any kind of disease.

So for this, I commend Zinzino for their transparency. They don’t make bold claims to sell their products rather, they provide the necessary details, such as the product info and price of each essential.

Does their product work?

Well, I haven’t taken any of it so I can’t provide my personal feedback.

I did some research though and it turns out, it has positive and negative reviews.

Some had problems with their fish oil, saying that they got skin and stomach problems while others say that it changed their life.

How To Make Money With Zinzino?

Zinzino is a network marketing company, thus it follows the usual MLM structure. Distributors make money by selling the products to other people.

As a member, they have access to discounts and wholesale prices and they sell their lean shakes, fish oil essentials, and other products based on the company’s suggested retail price. This way, they earn through retail commissions that are around 10% to 50%, depending on your rank.

Also, you need to recruit people to become your downline so you can earn commissions from every sale that they and their downline make. Inviting people is the best way to make money with MLM and it’s also the hardest part. 

I mean, convincing people to join the platform and asking them to pay a membership fee is not easy. Therefore, before you join Zinzino or other MLM companies, be sure that you’re fine with this; otherwise, it would be hard for you to earn an income, let alone get your investment back.

No, it’s not a scam. 

Zinzino has been operating for more than 10 years, 13 years to be exact so it only shows that it has somehow followed the rules and regulations to maintain a legit business. It’s also owned by a real person who has revealed his identity, unlike other MLM founders who have never disclosed their names.

Also, they do have tangible products to sell and an opportunity that may help you make money. After all, this is what a legit MLM company is about -- real products and real opportunity.

However, despite being NOT a scam, there are a few things to consider before you join, such as its pros and cons and I’ll discuss more of this in a bit. For now, let’s find out how you can become a member and the fees you need to shoulder.

Joining Zinzino is free… or so they say.

Well, they do tell you that signing up as an Independent Partner is free but if you want to qualify for their commissions, you have to agree with their monthly autoships plus to pay for other expenses, such as:

• Advanced Body Kit worth $649
• Ultimate Body $949

PROS

Legit MLM Company

Zinzino is not a scam and that’s good enough. Nowadays, there are too many companies offering an opportunity to make money but it won’t be long until they shut down simply because they are either low-quality or a scam.

CONS

Misleading Income Claim

In 2017, Tina.Org found out, through an investigation, that the majority of Direct Selling Association (DSA) member companies have misleading income claims to encourage people to join their platform, and Zinzino is one of them.

I’m not surprised though since most MLM companies really do this to persuade people to join their platform. Most of them show luxury cars, travel incentives, and massive bonuses that members can get for signing up when there’s really no guarantee that they can get this.

The sad thing is, there are still many people falling for this trap and some, it’s too late for them to realize that it’s not easy to make money out of such kinds of programs.

Saturated Market

Try to go online and look for MLM programs under the health and wellness niche. I bet you will find a hundred network marketing companies selling the same essentials and similar claims.

Now, search Amazon or other online shops for similar products and see that there are just too many supplements and meal replacement shakes in the market nowadays.

As a distributor, it’s going to be challenging considering that Zinzino’s price is more expensive compared to the ones you see in the market. There are cheaper alternatives almost everywhere so if I were you, I would really think twice before joining this program.

Or better, I’d skip this opportunity and look for a legit way to make money online.

Monthly Autoships

Yes, you can become a member for free but if you want to earn commissions, you have to purchase business kits and subscribe on monthly autoships. Now, the drawbacks of autoships are that you are required to purchase more products even if you still have essentials at home. You are forced to buy more even if you know you haven’t sold anything at all.

Considering the cons of their program, I think Zinzino is good only to those who have personally tried the products and have experience with MLM companies. Despite the challenges of starting a network marketing business, at least you already have the knowledge and skills to make it work.

It’s good to know that Zinzino is not a scam and until now, it’s operating worldwide. It only shows that the brand is earning and growing, I just hope that their members are doing the same thing as well.

I am not a fan of MLM companies but I appreciate network marketing opportunities that provide transparency to their members, such as Zinzino.

But then again, I would have second thoughts before I join this platform because of the fees I need to pay to earn commissions, the prices of the products and the products itself, and the recruitment part, which, without a doubt, is the hardest part in MLM.
