Quick Summary: Kindred IM Academy (KIMA) is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that has no retailable products or services except for the brief mention of digital courses and electronic magnetic radiation protectors.

It offers an affiliate program and basically affiliates in KIMA market its affiliate membership. And most probably, the pool of those affiliate membership fees would be the source of income.

With no in-depth mention of founders and other company details, and with no accessible internet domain (it was said that it was set to private), something is really suspicious!

Overall Rating: 1/10

In this post, we will talk about a program called Kindred IM Academy .

Unlike other multi-level marketing (MLM) companies, it has no tangible products to offer. Also, it failed to disclose the names of its owners and other vital details about the program so there’s a lot of things to be suspicious about. However, it’s too early to say that it’s a scam.

Let’s find out more about this Kindred IM Academy review.

What Is Kindred IM Academy About?

Kindred IM Academy (KIMA) is an MLM company that has no retailable products or services except for the brief mention of digital courses and electronic magnetic radiation protectors. There was even no information stipulating who owns or runs the business.

The Kindred IM Academy website was registered on July 12, 2015, but the domain registration is set to private. So if you look for it right now, you probably won't be able to access it.

They do have a Facebook page and some of the names linked in that Kindred IM Academy website lists the following people: Yew Nieng Song, Mike Thibodeaux, Jean Tasler, Lisa Stalvey, and Margaret Oddy as admins.

Probably, they are the ones running the company but we don’t know which one of them is the founder of the owner, leaving a lot of things unclear.

With the level of secrecy like this, it would really give you suspicions if they are legit or authentic. Given the fact that their domain is inaccessible, their Facebook page is also not updated, as I checked it, the last post was made in 2018. I couldn’t see any records online if they are closed but with data like this, most probably they are off the bridge.

As I checked over the net, they also have an application for Android users where you could download the KIMA app.

Well, we can commend KIMA for being private but with such a steep level of secrecy, something’s really off right? Well, let’s just discuss a few more including the KIMA product line and compensation, pros and cons to cap off this review.

Kindred IM Academy Product Line

As mentioned above, they don’t have retailable products or services other than the membership itself and the digital marketing courses and electronic magnetic radiation protectors.

In light of the mentioned “marketing courses” and “Electro-Magnetic Radiation Protectors” in Kindred IM Academy’s Terms and Conditions:

“Before you engage, please know that Kindred Enterprise LLC sells valuable and attractive products like our informative internet marketing courses (KindredIMAcademy aka KIMA Courses) to empower members and our branded health-related product – the Electro Magnetic Radiation Protector (EMRP).”

How To Make Money With Kindred IM Academy

As an MLM, Kindred IM Academy offers an affiliate program. Basically, as an affiliate what you market here are affiliate memberships which costs $50 which you paid upon enrolling in the program.

Once the $50 is paid to become an affiliate, the company pays $5 to the person that sponsored the recruit. So basically the revenue is from the pool of membership fees.

So if you are a KIMA affiliate who wants to gain a commission, as most MLM opportunities are, you are to recruit people to join.

KIMA offers its compensation plan on a 2×8 structure, which means that affiliates can have up to two downlines (sub-affiliates), each of whom has their own pair of downlines (sub-affiliates). The structure is capped at 510 positions.

The KIMA compensation plan is more like of a gifting scheme. As mentioned above, there are no retailable products, so revenue comes from the affiliate memberships which serves as a gift fund.

KIMA compensation plan utilizes an Eight tier cash gifting.

A 2×8 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them (level 1 ).

The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting the two first-level positions into another two positions each. Subsequent levels of the matrix are generated in the same manner, down a total of eight levels (510 positions in total).

Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment, with each placed affiliate gifting the person at the top of the matrix they are placed into (assuming they are qualified at that matrix tier).

Each level of the matrix is its own cash gifting tier, with Kindred IM Academy affiliates required to buy into each level to qualify to receive gifting payments.

Is Kindred IM Academy A Scam?

Most of the articles said that KIMA is not a scam but I can’t entirely say it is but I could say that something’s off with it.

With transparency issues, including an overly steep level of secrecy, things are hazy and you’d probably question its authenticity. I couldn’t even find proof of legitimacy. With these and some facts like that they don’t have a retailable product, are enough reasons I definitely not recommending you to this MLM opportunity!

If you want to know if the opportunity is a pyramid scheme or a legit network marketing program, here’s a quick video for you:

The only fee you have to pay for Kindred IM Academy is the affiliate membership fee itself, which costs $50.

Here Is My Top Recommendation to Start Highly Profitable Online Business from Comfort Of Your Home

Pros/Cons

PROS

I could say that there is nothing to like in what KIMA has to offer.

CONS

Emphasis On Recruitment

With no retailable products, revenue is dependent on affiliate membership fees made or what they call the gift funds. So you will opt to recruit more people to join. Just like most MLM companies are, KIMA is more focused on recruitment. The more you recruit people to join, the higher the income potential.

Compensation Plan Only Appeals On Higher Tier

The entire compensation plan and gifting scheme are great for the founders and top affiliates. But what about for those in the lowest tier? They won’t probably earn something.

No Refund

Yes. There is a “no refund policy for payments made.” Well, this is not a good sign. It simply indicates that the company has little faith in its products or services. And when things go wrong, most probably affiliates can’t take back their money. The company gifting scheme would crumble and the scam would be revealed. You’ll end up losing it all.

Transparency Issues

With transparency issues, including an overly steep level of secrecy, things are hazy and you’d probably question its authenticity. I couldn’t even find proof of KIMA’s legitimacy.

In today’s global market, it is a must that a company should share basic information with its consumers. That’s something KIMA can’t offer. No matter how much I’ve dug in, most information about the company and its owner is still a big mystery. And I don’t even know if the company is still running up to this day. A lot of things are really unclear.

Like A Pyramid Scheme

We can’t entirely conclude that it’s of a Pyramid Scheme but let me present to you the guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or of any governing body with regards to a Pyramid Scheme.

  • Too much focus on recruitment
  • No physical product or service to market
  • Income opportunity is reliant on recruitment, and not sales

With no tangible products, it could be possible that KIMA operates as a pyramid scheme. Since the source of income is of course from recruitment which is from the KIMA Affiliate Membership Fees.

Well, we can’t entirely conclude based on this assumption. But we can pretty much liken it to this scheme, right? What do you think? Be the judge!

Tired of Wasting Time on Low Quality Programs?

I'm so grateful that I was able to find THIS PROGRAM which helped me to finally start making money online!

Who Is It For?

It could be for those who are consummate in digital marketing and in the MLM world because it requires much recruitment! It could be as well for those who are working from home. It can be a part-time job but the return of investment (ROI) is quite hazy especially for the lowest tier.

Training Tools/Support

I can’t find enough information but as an overview of what the KIMA app gives, affiliates have access to a variety of digital marketing materials. They can also have free resources, promotional tools such as promo codes and they can as well access the back office, details such as matrix commission, personal referral, matrix tree and many more.

Final Opinion/Verdict

To cap off this review, I could conclude that Kindred IM Academy is an MLM opportunity I am definitely not recommending you to join. If someone would invite you to this business opportunity, immediately say NO.

Don’t waste your valuable time and money over some company that does not even bother to present enough information regarding its business and its founders. With such transparency issues, something is definitely off with this company.

I couldn’t even see any proof of legitimacy. So I can’t entirely say it’s not a scam because something is suspicious about its authenticity. And also, it solely relies on recruitment for its revenue. With these and many more reasons, definitely not recommending you this! So better skip this platform!
