Quick Summary: Dagcoin is multi-level marketing (MLM) with a cryptocurrency investment scheme. It’s said to be a clone of an infamous crypto MLM involved in a Ponzi scheme. With the association with a previous company that is a scam, would this be a safe opportunity to jump in?

Overall Rating: 1/10

This digital currency-related opportunity is often used for deception, especially the ones that offer an MLM scheme. Not to disdain this type of structure but the majority of the similar products we have reviewed in this site either end up a scam or an extremely low-quality program.

Therefore, it’s crucial to investigate as much details as you can first to find whether the program’s legit or not.

In this post, we’ll talk about a network marketing platform that is said to be a clone of another infamous cryptocurrency scam. Dagcoin, which is how it’s currently called -- is making a scene online and it’s not for the best reason.

Find out more in this honest Dagcoin review.

What Is Dagcoin About?

Dagcoin is one of those business opportunities revolving around cryptocurrency investments. It is a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that markets a cryptocurrency investment program., almost like Forsage and MarketPeak.

As we all know, the cryptocurrency niche is growing fast. In fact, the recent product reviews we have on this site is related to this opportunity. For those who don’t know, a cryptocurrency is a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange.

Do you know the famous ones such as Bitcoins? It’s like that but in this opportunity, what you purchase when investing in their program is the cryptocurrency called Dagcoin.

On their landing page, they say that “Dagcoin is the first cryptocurrency designed for using, not trading – exactly the way money is supposed to be!”

Because Dagcoin is a digital currency they need to be stored in a secure online place called the DagWallet, a virtual wallet that can be downloaded for free and can be used with your phone, tablet, or PC.

Currently based in Estonia, a country situated in northeastern Europe, Dagcoin was founded by Nils Grossberg in 2017. It operates under the Success factory -- an “education” company which is more likely just a facade for the Dagcoin scheme.

nils grossberg founder of dagcoin

With regards to the owner, Grossberg was known to be an entrepreneur from Tartu, Estonia. In his LinkedIn profile, part of it said that he aims to “provide an alternative currency for people to use daily”.

This may seem familiar because it comes from an infamous crypto MLM, OneCoin which was a notorious Ponzi scheme that Grossberg was also a part of, to the point where he became one of the top investors in Europe.

It appears that the Dagcoin domain was registered by Grossberg in April 2018 which was also the time he left OneCoin.

What is Success Factory?

Success Factory is a network marketing company that operates as a platform where Dagcoin can be traded. They are also an educational hub for training and other business referral benefits.

Dagcoin operates under the Success Factory. This front of “selling education” is the reason why a lot of people are getting enticed into buying into the program as they also claimed that their cryptocurrency has 30x cheaper and faster transaction than Bitcoin.

But take these statements as a grain of salt. Why? Let me tell more about why it’s even termed as a clone/duplicate of the infamous crypto scam, OneCoin.

As mentioned, Grossberg had been a part of OneCoin and he even became one of the top investors of this crypto MLM that turned out to be one of the most infamous crypto scams after generating 4 billion dollars through its iniquitous compensation plan.

Even as to this day, the owners are living the 90 years of jail imprisonment and the investigation with members and promoters are still ongoing in Sweden, Thailand, Finland, Austria, and other countries.

A total of 98 people were arrested and a lot of their top people disappeared. And just like Dagcoin, OneCoin also sold “education courses,'' which were just a way to get you to invest in their crypto MLM scheme just like how Success Factory is meant to get you to invest in Dagcoin.

So, with all of these and with Grossberg association with OneCoin, it’s just too good to be true that it's just pure coincidence that he left OneCoin to set-up Dagcoin. Something seems fishy!

Dagcoin Product Line

As a CryptoMLM, Dagcoin does not sell any physical products or any services. However, Dagcoin offers the opportunity to invest in their Cryptocurrency called Dagcoin.

Dagcoin is more likely a duplicate of Onecoin since like this Ponzi scheme, it has no real-world value and cannot be traded publicly. So you’re basically buying into a Ponzi scheme since there are no other products or services associated, it’s something to be suspicious with!

How To Make Money With Dagcoin?

Dagcoin does not sell any physical products or services.

This is how you’ll get paid in Dagcoin…

Weekly Reward - You don’t get your ROI immediately for 8 months, during the 8 months you’re in, you get a 3% weekly ROI. Then once this is over, 50% of your total ROI is given to you and 50% is held again for 8 months.

Personal Commissions - Affiliates are paid a 10% recruitment commission when they recruit new affiliates who’ll invest in the program

Residual Commissions - Paid via a binary compensation structure. Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note that there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow. Affiliates are paid a 10% commission on matched volume, with the leftover volume on the stronger side carried over to the following day.

Matching Bonus - Get this when your downlines receive their bonuses. It is paid via a unilevel compensation structure. The level of commission you get depends on how much you invested. In this case, the more you invest, the more money you make back but what you make is a lot of Dagcoin.

Is Dagcoin A Scam?

I can’t totally say if Dagcoin is a scam but there are a lot of red flags. With no physical products and services, income is solely dependent on the fund of recruited affiliates that can really point it to a Pyramid and a Ponzi Scheme

The similarity and with its owner's association with the infamous cryptoMLM scam -- Onecoin, things are really suspicious! Members may also not earn at all because their money's just rolled in circles around the company and not end up getting into their pockets.

Price

To be part of its MLM opportunity and avail of its compensation plan, one should choose from the following investment levels to get into Dagcoin:

  • Starter — invest $100, get 100 Dagcoins
  • Explorer — invest $500, get 500 Dagcoins
  • Advanced — invest $1000, get 1000 Dagcoins
  • Expert — invest $2500, get 3000 Dagcoins
  • Pro — invest $5000, get 6000 Dagcoins
  • Mentor — invest $12,500, get 17,500 Dagcoins
  • Investor — invest $25,000, get 35,000 Dagcoins

FYI: Funds invested by recruited affiliates are used to pay commissions and bonuses through the Dagcoin compensation plan.

You’ll receive a weekly return paid in Dagcoin and 35% of which has to be reinvested back into Dagcoin). So basically, it’s just like a cycle, your money will just keep moving around Dagcoin and not end up getting into your wallet. You’ll invest real money that would even rise up to $25k and in worst scenarios, you’ll get nothing in return.

Well, the reality in these kinds of schemes is that the only way to make money is to RECRUIT people.

Pros/Cons

PROS

Frankly speaking, there is really nothing to like about Dagcoin or to what it can offer.

CONS

Duplicate Of An Infamous Scam!

With all of its association to Onecoin, this opportunity is dubious! Being a duplicate of one of the most infamous pyramid schemes in history is really not a good thing. It’s just bizarre that they are alike in a couple of things plus the owner began the company at the time he left Onecoin.

It’s questionable to be just really purely coincidental right? We might not totally rule out Dagcoin to be a scam but we might not know that Grossberg may end up scamming people again.

Worthless Expensive Investment

You might think it’s worth something but it’s not. As mentioned, members may end up broke and frustrated because they’ll end up not taking a hold of their money. After all, it will just be continued to be rolled around the company.

Not to mention that it will also cost you a lot of money investing. You may get paid through their worthless crypto but as in the matching bonus, you don’t make money but what you make is a lot of Dagcoin which is absolutely worthless .

Suspicious Owner

As mentioned, the owner is associated with Onecoin, one of the nefarious cryptoMLM scams of all times which was indeed a Pyramid and Ponzi scheme. Such association is indeed not delightful and is a major red flag! We can’t tell, perhaps it won’t be long before governing bodies catch Grossberg and stop him in his attempt to scam people again.

Training Tools/Support

Basically being an affiliate, you’ll have access to their back office along with materials and resources you’ll need in the business, tutorials are as well available.

Final Opinion/Verdict

Well, we can’t totally conclude if Dagcoin is a Scam but with all its similarity and association with cryptoMLM scam-Onecoin, we could probably see it being on the list soon. That’s why it's even coined as Onecoin’s clone/ duplicate.

With too much recruitment hype and with no physical products or services, the sole pool of income is from the funds invested by recruits. It’s also very expensive to invest plus the fact that you may not even get your money back. So better skip this platform while you can and not end up getting scammed!
