MarketPeak Review — Scam Or Legit Crypto MLM Program?

marketpeak review

Welcome to My MarketPeak Review!

When it comes to the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry, slimming capsules, and personal care essentials are not the only products that you can make money from; now, there are cryptocurrency opportunities, too.

However, unlike typical networking companies with tangible products, cryptocurrencies are often associated with scams. Does that mean that this kind of business is illegal? The answer is no… and yes.

Quick Summary: MarketPeak is a company that promotes cryptocurrency. It poses itself as a multi-level marketing company but it works differently. For one, it’s almost illegal as it resembles a pyramid scheme rather than a legit business model.

Overall Rating: 1/10

Recommended: No

Cryptocurrency, per se, is legitimate. It’s like the ordinary we use every day; the difference is that you can only use it in the digital world, like paying for transactions online. Think of it like a credit card where you can do financial transactions even without cash.

Considering this, there’s really a chance to make money from it but like other business opportunities, it depends on the company you’re joining with.

So in this post, we’ll talk about MarketPeak -- a cryptocurrency MLM company and find out whether it’s a scam or a legit program.

What Is MarketPeak About?

MarketPeak is a multi-level marketing company that promotes cryptocurrency. As stated above, cryptocurrency is a digital product that’s almost good as cash.

It’s a new networking brand founded by Sergej Heck -- a man is known in the cryptocurrency world but not for the best reasons. Headquartered in Dubai, the opportunity offered is the same as IX Wallet and CoinSpace.

According to his profile, Heck was a marketing expert, successful author, and entrepreneur. However, he failed to mention the business ventures he’s been involved within the past.

Before MarketPeak, Sergej has been involved with one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in 2017 -- BeOnPush. This has become popular, especially for entrepreneurs because of their constant online advertisement telling that you can earn 150% without doing anything.

Of course, that’s not true. There’s no such thing as easy money.

Other than BeOnPush, Heck was also a part of Cryp Trade Capital and Questra Global, another Ponzi scheme to get rid of. No wonder he did not include this in their website bio. Otherwise, the success of his new brand, MarketPeak, may go downward spiral, too.

MarketPeak Product Line

Unlike typical MLM companies, there are no products or valuable services offered. This alone is a red flag and if I were you, I’d rather not waste my time on this kind of program.

Why? Imagine all you have to do is pay for the membership so you can invest on their platform. While there’s money in “investing,” it would be better to do this with reputable banks and investment companies.

I mean, are you really going to spend cash on a company headed by a person who has been involved with Ponzi schemes not only once but thrice?

Anyway, just to give you an idea on how their “investment” works, you will pay for their token called “PEAK,” which is an ERC-20 Ethereum-based token.

Does It Work?

ERC-20 tokens can be sold, brought, or traded; however, MarketPeak’s PEAK can only be used within the platform. You are basically buying into their compensation plan but other than that, the token is useless.

So, that’s another red flag.

MarketPeak may be incorporated but they are not registered with any financial establishments so technically, they don’t have the right or power to conduct investment or similar transactions.

How To Make Money With MarketPeak?

When it comes to making money with MarketPeak, there’s only one way to make money with them. Unlike usual MLM companies, remember that there are no tangible products or valuable service to promote. Therefore, no way to earn retail commissions.

This leaves you with one option -- recruitment. Once you pay for the membership fee (and mind you, it’s expensive), you have to invite people to get your investment back. As mentioned, you are buying into their compensation plan and without any recruits, you will lose your hard-earned cash.

Meanwhile, the amount of commission you get depends on the amount you have invested in. of course, the higher the investment, the bigger the commission you will get.

But then again, you can only use your PEAK tokens within the platform so I’ll leave this question to you: do you think it’s worth it?

Anyway, I will not bore you with the details of their compensation plan but there’s a video below for you to watch if you want to learn more about it:

Is MarketPeak A Scam?

It’s too early to conclude that MarketPeak is a scam, too but if you’re wise enough to learn from the owner’s credentials, I believe that you won’t give this program a chance. In case you don’t get it yet, here are some red flags:

Founder Has Been Involved With Scams

Heck has been involved with three Ponzi schemes and his current platform, MarketPeak, works almost the same so what are the chances that it won’t end up as a scam?

No matter how promising the commissions are, you really willing to invest a huge amount for this program?

No Legit Products And Services

Most MLM companies promote tangible products, such as weight loss drinks, skincare essentials, and even food recipes. Meanwhile, some promote digital products, like eBooks, mentorships, etc. so their distributors have something to promote and make money aside from recruitment.

MarketPeak, on the other hand, has no tangible or digital products other than the cryptocurrency that you cannot sell or use outside the platform. You can only make money when you have successfully invited people to join the program but other than that, there’s nothing else for you.

Cryptocurrency Is Useless

As mentioned above, their PEAK tokens cannot be used elsewhere unlike the real purpose of cryptocurrencies, which is to be used as digital cash.

Basically, the concept of the company is to make people believe that they can make money from the platform but the truth is that the money they’ve invested in the company stays within the company.

Ponzi Scheme NOT In Disguise

It’s obvious that MarketPeak is a Ponzi scheme and unlike companies pretending to be MLM, the brand is transparent with its intention -- to recruit people so they can make money from them.

There’s no way to earn retail commissions and members are compensated directly for the recruits they get and not from the sales that their downlines make.

Also, if you take a look at how the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) describes a pyramid scheme, you will not question MarketPeak’s legitimacy anymore.

Price

To become a member of MarketPeak, you have to pay for the membership fee with prices ranging from $250 up to $7,500.

For beginners and even for seasoned investors, this is a massive amount considering that you cannot even use the token outside the platform. Worth it? Definitely not!

Here Is My Top Recommendation to Start Highly Profitable Online Business from Comfort Of Your Home

Who Is It For?

I won’t recommend MarketPeak to anyone simply because there’s no opportunity to make money out of the program. If you’re interested in cryptocurrencies, I suggest that you look for a legit platform instead of this one.

Meanwhile, if you’re interested in investments, it’s best to talk with banks or financial experts rather than invest your hard-earn cash in programs that promise to give you massive commissions even without doing anything.

Final Opinion/Verdict

MLM already has a negative stigma and companies like MarketPeak only make it worse. Networking, per se, is a legit business model but because of unethical practices, many people see it as a scam.

Now, MarketPeak posing as an MLM is not helping. This Ponzi scheme focuses on recruitment and there are no products or services to make money with. I feel bad for people who fell for their trap but I do hope that this honest review will enlighten those who are planning to join the program.

The founder itself has a lot of issues and the structure of the business model is another problem. It’s not only a waste of money but also the time that you should have used on something more profitable.

If you want to make money, you have to remember that there’s no easy way; otherwise, it’s a scam. Don’t worry, there are better opportunities out there and I’d love to share one below.
