Welcome to My ByDzyne Review!
When it comes to multi-level marketing (MLM), there’s often a specific niche or product for each brand. For instance, NuLife Ventures offer water supplements, Clicxads promote cryptocurrency, and Dose Of Nature sells CBD-infused products.

It’s rare for a networking company to offer products from various niches however, it still happens. For instance, a company called ByDzyne promotes products, ranging from technology, beauty, and even education.
Is this a good strategy for both owners and distributors or is this just a hindrance?
What else makes this brand unique and competitive?
Is ByDzyne legit or a scam?
Find out everything you need to know in this honest ByDzyne review.
What Is ByDzyne About?
ByDzyne, which is pronounced as “By Design,” is a networking company that sells a variety of products, including technology, education, wellness, and lifestyle.
According to WhoIs, the domain was created in 2018 and was registered in the US.
Founded by Nat Puranaputra and Chanida Puranaputra, the brand has physical headquarters in Wyoming, USA, the United Kingdom, Philippines, and Thailand.
Both founders, Nat and Chanida, have been involved in several MLM companies, such as World Global Network and Organo Gold.
The brand also consists of team members who have solid experience working with MLM companies, namely Sophia Wong, Chad Chong, Jed Buenaluz, Antonio De Rosa, Henry Marsh, and Aaron Byerlee.
ByDzyne Product Line
As mentioned, there are tons of products sold in ByDzyne and these are divided into five categories, including:
Technology
This includes a smartwatch called TUW and it costs $400; almost the same or even more expensive than known brands, like Samsung and Apple. They also offer OMA (Online Marketing AI) Subscription, which price ranges from $125 up to $1,572.
Beauty
ByDzyne promotes micellar water, a facial wash, a facial peel, and a mixer kit, with prices ranging from $43 up to $186.
Wellness
As for wellness, the brand sells dietary supplements, relief balms, and CBD-infused products that claim to improve stress and alleviate stress, with prices ranging from $36 up to $186.
Lifestyle
They also offer training resources for the following:
- Premier Eco Subscription
- Travel Agent Training
Education
And also, educational sources for their Smart Market Academy programs, with prices ranging from $313 up to $2,143.
They also promote “BOS Kits”, with prices ranging from $507 to $7,276.00
I know these all sound expensive and it’s typical for MLM companies. The question is, is it worth it? Unfortunately, there’s little to no review about this product so it’s hard to judge.
But for me, if you’re willing to spend a massive amount, let’s say for their smartwatch, I think it’s better to go for a trusted brand, such as the ones mentioned above.
Not only is it more reliable, but it’s also easier to find a service center or support in case something’s wrong with it.
Also, not to generalize all MLM products but some of them are not worth it. If you look at the materials used or its specs, you can find a better, cheaper alternative in the marketplace.
The same thing with their CBD-infused products, there are tons of more affordable supplements and oils from other reputable brands.
Is ByDzyne A Scam?
It’s too early to assume that ByDzyne is a scam.
Also, looking at its structure, especially its compensation plan, I don’t see any red flags. It’s also good to know that the founders and the people on their executive team are real people and not using fake identities or pen names.
The only downside I see, perhaps, is the price of their products. It’s too expensive compared to the alternatives found online and offline.
Is ByDzyne A Pyramid Scheme/Ponzi Scheme?
No, I don’t think ByDzyne is a pyramid nor a Ponzi scheme.
For the benefit of the doubt, I’ll try to explain their differences. After all, I know many people are confused between an MLM and a pyramid scheme.
Let’s talk about network marketing companies first.
An MLM or networking is a legit business model. It has products -- tangible or digital -- to sell and make money from. This means that members can purchase these at a wholesale price and sell it to earn profits.
They also have another way to make money and that is by growing their team through recruitment and earning once their downline makes a sale.
A pyramid scheme, on the other hand, has no tangible or digital products to sell and in case they do, the owners may force members to buy more products than they can even sell, and this is against the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines.
In reality, the main focus of their compensation plan is recruitment. Members are compensated when they can invite a new person to join a platform and once the recruitment stops, so does the profit.
This is completely illegal and so is a Ponzi scheme.
Like a pyramid scheme, it’s unstable and often, members end up losing tons of money here. The difference, however, is that a Ponzi scheme promises a guaranteed huge return of investment, which is impossible.
While these schemes sound appealing, you should avoid them at all costs!

ByDzyne Compensation Plan
Like how a multi-level marketing company should be, ByDzyne offers two main ways to make money.
The first one is through retail sales. As a member or distributor, you have access to the product's wholesale price so you can sell them based on the suggested retail price. The difference between the two rates is your profit. Usually, it offers around 15% to 25% commission.
For instance, their tůwTM Smartwatch costs $285 for retail and you, as the member, can get it for only $199. That means you have around $86 profit.
The other option is to build a team. This means inviting people to join the program and in case your downline or your team makes a sale, you can earn a residual commission.
Of course, your bonuses or incentives increase based on your rank; the higher your level or rank is, the bigger the commission you get.

How Much To Join ByDzyne?
To become a member of ByDzyne, you need to pay $39.95 every year if you’re a US resident or $19.95 if you’re not from the US.
You also need to purchase the following business kits to earn retail commissions and these are as follow:
- Basic Kit $300
- Advance Kit $1,200
- Promo Kit $1,600
- Premium Kit $2,500
- Founder’s Kit $5,000
Pros/Cons
PROS
Legit MLM Company
While I can’t see any red flags about ByDzyne yet, the only thing I like about it is that it’s not a scam. Again, it’s too early to assume but at least, it’s not as sketchy as the other programs.
CONS
Expensive Products And Membership Fee
As mentioned above, the pricing of their products as well as membership fee is so expensive. There are other brands, from MLM and known companies, that offer the same products at a lower price.
Considering that it’s a new brand with little to no feedback online, it would be a challenge for members to market such a program and essentials.
Low-Income Potential
According to their Income Disclosure Statement, the Brand Ambassador, which is the lowest rank earns an average amount of $0.84 per pay cycle. Obviously, this is very low considering the amount you need to invest when joining and of course, your lifestyle. Even if you don’t have a lavish life, this amount is too low. It’s barely enough to buy a meal.
Now, if you look at the higher ranks, like the 2 Star Director, for instance, the average earnings per cycle are around $1,085.
It looks impressive but imagines how many products and recruits you have to make before your reach that rank.
Do you really think it’s worth your time?

Training Tools/Support
Like usual MLM companies, ByDzyne offers training and mentorship to their members online. This includes product knowledge, how-to videos, marketing strategies, and more.
You can also reach them through email, their contact numbers, or by visiting their local offices.
Final Opinion/Verdict
Overall, ByDzyne is relatively a new MLM brand that still has a lot of things to prove and improve. While it’s good to know that it’s not been involved in any controversial issues, it’s not something I can recommend to anyone.
If you’re into MLM, there are other networking programs you can consider as a better alternative.
The same thing if you want to make money online but don’t want to invest a huge amount and recruit people; there are many opportunities for you. Unfortunately, ByDzyne is not one of them.
It’s too expensive and risky at the same time, especially for newbies.
