It started marketing and selling its products across Canada and the United States but is now also selling globally with a fast-growing network of independent consultants budding in other nations such Dominican Republic, Ireland, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

Well, do their products work? Well, operating for more than 2 decades plus the fact that their products are research-based and clinically tested, their products are indeed legit! 

As to what I’ve seen and researched, most are positive reviews and consumers are saying that the products worked on them. Immunotec is as well Better Bureau Business (BBB) accredited with an A+ rating. 

How To Make Money With Immunotec?

Just like other MLM companies, in general, you will earn in this company through retail sales and passive residual income from recruitment commissions plus other bonuses

Retail Sales - You will earn from each product you sell, at a 30% discount (wholesale cost) allows you a 30% profit 

Residual Commissions- You’ll earn commissions from your downlines and just like other MLMS with a uni-level compensation structure, it places you on a position at the top of your direct recruits (your direct downlines). Your direct downlines are on level 1. Their downlines are level 2, and their recruits’ downlines are level 3. And so on. When your downline makes a sale, you earn a percentage on each level. The higher the level, the higher the percentage.

You could hold, touch, use and sell these products they supply. You can also earn these products depending on your sales and recruitment commissions. 

Being in the business for more than 2 decades (since 1996) and in such a long time like that who would say that it’s a scam? Definitely not! Immunotec is a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited company since 2015 and that makes it more legitimate! And they do hold a lot of good ratings and reviews from buyers and has been rated A+ by BBB.

Transparency 

MLM companies are urged to have their Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) displayed to the public for transparency. And I commend Immunotec for being transparent.

Their website is informative with regards to their products and business opportunity. You could as well see their IDS and you could even access their compensation plan file.

CONS

Low Income Potential, Low Success Guarantee!

In their Income Disclosure Statement (IDS), you could see that more than half (60.84%) of their consultants earn nothing. See more So, it can’t as well guarantee you success if you opt to try on this MLM opportunity. 

Yes, it’s a legitimate MLM opportunity but no one’s earning any real money and probably even in the next few years.

Many Competition In The Market

With a lot of competition in the health and wellness niche, it would be quite a challenge to market Immunotec products since they’re way too mainstream and there are a lot of well-known companies selling the same line of products and are cheaper. 

Immunotec, may offer something new, somehow alike from the others since it’s more on immune-boosting but another side from that benefit, effects, and use are the same as with others in the market. Plus their products are expensive. So it will really be a tight competition selling these products! 

False Claims

This is a usual problem not just for Immunotec but for most MLM companies in the health & wellness niche and as well with others. Although most of the claims of Immunotec are supported by researched and published studies, they also have claims that do not have substantial evidence to prove. 

They even said that their products could be a substitute for a doctor’s prescription. Well, that’s way too boastful and not even realistic. 

Recruitment!

Just like any other MLM opportunities, instead of focusing on the progress of sales and customer satisfaction, Immunotec is one of those companies who are also encouraging focus on recruitment. Yes, it’s not compulsory but you will still probably opt to recruit to be promoted and earn big.  

Your promotion and as well as being eligible in gaining big company bonuses is dependent on how well you’ve recruited people. In short, you level up with your rank and earn big commissions with the team that you build.

Immunotec can be a part-time job but not for a living. This business opportunity is intended for those who have skills in sales and are consummate in the MLM world. It is also for those who are health and wellness enthusiasts, especially those who are fascinated by science and research and those who are promoting to boost immune system health. 

Signing up as an independent consultant and paying the one-time membership fee of $45, it is already inclusive of business tools and materials needed to go on with your business. They have as well conferences to help consultants boost their sales skills and strategies.

Overall, I would not recommend joining this MLM business venture. Yes, Immunotec is not a scam. It is a well-established legitimate MLM company that's already running for 23 years. But just like other MLM opportunities, this company puts more focus on recruitment to earn big and be eligible for special bonuses. 

However, their IDS only shows how difficult it is to make money from them. Most of the network marketing companies work this way, so if I were you, I’d rather skip this program ASAP!
