We’ve reviewed more than a hundred products so it’s somehow easy to tell if it’s a scam or not. While we won’t assume anything, one thing I’ve learned is that legit programs don’t promote get-rich-quick schemes.

What Is Prosperity Nexus About?
Prosperity Nexus Group (PNG) is a multi-level marketing (MLM) that offers a way to earn 5 digit income and apparently, you only need to work 60 hours per month to get this.
It is a turnkey business opportunity with an encouraging 1-up compensation plan for every direct sale made.
It was founded in January 2014, by a group of three people, Steve Hawk and Michael Wright -- with John Novello on the leadership team.
Advertised as a “turnkey” business opportunity, PNG promises to provide all the resources, services, systems, and tools needed to run a successful online business. To get your business rolling, weekly tutorials and training are provided for each member. This includes a 1-on-1 coaching session, setting up your personalized website, and a follow-up system. However, to join one must make a big investment.
Commissions were earned from recruiting another entrepreneur. The goal is to sell high-end tickets with specific programs, and that is PNG.
It may introduce itself as a networking company, like USANA. However, it works differently and the business model is not stable since it relies on pure recruitment.
A legit MLM, on the other hand, has tangible products you can sell or use and although you have to invite people to join the platform, you are not compensated directly because of this instead, you earn commission from the sales they make.
Prosperity Nexus Product Line
PNG offers digital marketing programs or courses. It’s almost the same as Jumpcut Academy and AWOL Academy in terms of the products.
Previously, Prosperity Nexus Group used to sell a third party program and it was called TiDom, or also known as TiDom Inc. or simply “Time Freedom.” It provides training courses, health education, personal, financial development, and different internet marketing strategies.
Also, a 1-up MLM compensation plan is included for its members with 5 different membership tiers.
In 2019, PNG restructured and revamped its digital marketing program and focused to make everything “In House.” They came up with “5 New Digital Products.”
First, is the Basic Business, which is worth $2000; second, Builder Business worth $3500; third is the Advanced Business worth $6500; fourth is Pro-Business worth $12,500, and lastly, VIP Business, which is the most expensive package worth $22,000.
Each business program consists of training materials, techniques, strategies, and courses needed for internet marketing and sales.
Is Prosperity Nexus A Scam?
We can’t directly call Prosperity Nexus a scam but it has a couple of red flags.
They promise huge returns every month but it is clearly stated on their Disclaimer - Earnings Page, “You make more, less, or none at all.” They have no Refund Policy.
There is no guarantee that your hefty investment will grow.
No physical product was provided since commissions are earned through selling the high-end ticket with a program.
While many legit programs do this, it’s going to be difficult.
For newbies that do not have any sales or marketing experience, they will have a hard time making money. There is no refund or money back as all transactions are done directly from one person to another. There is no middle man.
Also, PNG stated that they are not held accountable for anything. While starting a business is like this -- there’s no guaranteed income no matter how much money you’ve invested, the brand should not have made bold claims in the first place.
In addition, it runs through a recruitment process. If you stop looking for people to join the platform, there’s no other way to earn.
Is Prosperity Nexus A Pyramid Scheme/Ponzi Scheme?
Prosperity Nexus has the making of a pyramid scheme.
The goal of the program is to sell high-end tickets to another entrepreneur/ investor.
It involves a recruitment process, too. A sponsor will recruit a member, then the new member will recruit another to multiply. The person on top of you gets the 1-up compensation plan for every recruitment or direct sales made. The investors earned a large profit by recruiting and not by doing product retail.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has clearly stated this as a telltale of a pyramid, including the recruitment hype and bold claims about the huge return of investment.

Prosperity Nexus Compensation Plan
The PNG compensation plan would be based on the different levels you are added in. The tiers range from $2,000 up to $22,000. They have the 1-up Compensation plan, which means the sales commission will roll up to the next rank or person on top.

How Much To Join Prosperity Nexus?
Prosperity Nexus group consists of five business programs. The cheapest membership package is 2,000 dollars while the most expensive costs $22,000 dollars.
For entry-level, the basic fee is $2,000, then PNG will help you set up your own website, create more traffic to it, to attract more potential investors, and, if you're lucky enough to sell the program or the digital product package, you will earn around two thousand dollars.
To earn more, you have to pay more and you will be added to a different level. The higher the level, the more cash you get.
The highest level, which costs $22,000 is the VIP Business level, where you can earn up to twenty-two thousand dollars for every sale you make.
Sounds like a good deal but we know where this is heading -- bold claims, such as the huge ROI without working a lot? Typical red flags of low-quality programs or scams.
Pros/Cons
PROS
Provided Training And Tutorial
Multi-level marketing is a business model that requires skills and effort; not to mention, a huge amount of money to get started. If you’re a newbie, it won’t be easy to get your investment back, let alone look for recruits.
That being said, training and tutorials are essentials for members to learn how they can start and grow the business. Perhaps, this is the only thing I like about Prosperity Nexus.
CONS
Expensive Membership Package
The membership fee starts from $2,000 and it can go high as $22,000. There’s no guaranteed income and even the company stated that they are not accountable for anything. They do provide training and while there are “courses” to sell, it’s more like just recruitment. Not a wise way to invest money.
Not For Beginners
There is no guarantee that your investment will grow especially if you don’t have any knowledge or sales experience. As stated from Prosperity Nexus Group’s legally binding contract “You may make more, less or none at all.”
As mentioned, training and tutorials are provided; however, your sales still depend on how you run your own business. Since it is “an independent business ownership,” you are held accountable for everything.
You will earn more based on your own work ethic, motivation, determination, and willingness to learn and equip yourself to all the PNG systems, resources, and training programs.
Issue With Security
No SSL (Secure Socket Layer) the PNG website is not protected, the hackers/ scammers can easily collect personal data. Remember, you are going to put financial and personal details and who knows what could happen since its easy to penetrate their site.
Poorly Designed Website
For a website owned by someone that claims to have a "good fortune to be 100% self-employed" and asking for an expensive membership fee, it's ironic to see their site poorly designed.
I mean, they are selling high-ticket products but their website looks so bad, it looks like they can't afford a good web developer.
Definitely, not falling for this kind of program!

I'm so grateful that I was able to find THIS PROGRAM which helped me to finally start making money online!
Training Tools/Support
Each business program comes with different training courses. Tutorials, all resources, services, and systems were provided. Weekly training and 1-on-1 coaching is a part of the PNG support program.
Final Opinion/Verdict
In my conclusion, Prosperity Nexus Group is not for the faint of heart or even for anyone.
Investing a hefty amount of money without any guarantee that it will grow or become profitable is usual for businesses but it depends. To grow your income, you really need effort and time, which is not what PNG has advertised.
They promise big commissions to attract people; they are not transparent with how it truly works and since it’s dependent on recruitment, it may never work at all.
They don’t have tangible products but they do have digital courses that are overpriced. You can get most of these on a cheaper rate online or even free so be sure to think twice before you join the program.
Browsing through the lists of courses they provided, I can assess that it is quite overwhelming for beginners. They teach a wide scope of marketing and sales strategies instead of focusing on one at a time.
Investing and making business is not for everyone, as they say “everything in life is like a gamble” you don’t know the outcome unless you are willing to take the risks.
