In this post, we will talk about Mobrog — another survey platform that claims to pay you for doing minor tasks online.

Mobrog is an online survey platform that enables an opportunity for people to make money by answering surveys. 

Launched in 2011, Mobrog is a part of an international market research company founded in 2008 called Splendid Research GmbH. It is a firm providing full-service research services based in Germany. Splendid Research helps startups, medium-sized and international companies with their market research, to help their clients learn what their customers want in products, services, and brands. 

Mobrog is available in many countries and their local languages. Unlike other platforms that will require you to be a resident in the US or Canada, this one has over 3 million across the world. 

Just like most survey platforms, such 1Q App, Nicequest, and Prediqt, you will also have to sign in to their website or download the app and start answering surveys and earn. 

Their surveys are not only about brands and products but also about politics, social issues, dating, relationships, and other interesting topics. 

However, unlike other survey platforms that usually have a point system to accumulate earnings and redeem, Mobrog actually instantly rewards you with dollars. They even have a low payout threshold.

What they market here is the mobile app that allows users to earn some income by accomplishing minor tasks, such as answering surveys. It’s a typical data collection company that does market research. 

So other than offering its services to these companies, it also offers an earning opportunity where one can earn some extra cash as they participate in answering surveys.

Mobrog is not a scam. It seems to be a legitimate online survey platform that enables you to earn some income by answering surveys. 

t’s also part of a trustworthy international marketing research company that was established way back in 2008, and Mobrog itself has been operating for a decade. 

On the other hand, though they claim that it’s owned by Splendid Research, they didn’t really mention the name of the Mobrog founder. For me, that's basic info that should be laid bare in any business to build trust.

Both Mobrog and Splendid Research don’t even have a record with the Better Business Bureau, although it’s probably because they are based in Germany.

Nonetheless, Mobrog is legit and is really paying users but just like most survey platforms, it only pays a few bucks.

Therefore, if you’re looking for a regular source of cash, this is not a good option.

Mobrog is a legit survey platform. 

It is not a pyramid nor a Ponzi Scheme. It’s one of those survey platforms and apps that offers its services to two kinds of clienteles -- companies and people who want to make money at home.

While it pays people to invite another person, it doesn’t promise huge earnings and is not the sole source of cash. It’s just basically an online opportunity where you answer a survey and get paid doing it.

Just like most survey platforms, you will earn cash for sharing your opinions. It also offers various options to make money from, such as: 

Paid Surveys - As discussed, your main source of cash here is by answering surveys. However, just like the usual dilemmas with survey platforms, there’s a chance that you won’t answer any questionnaire at all because of certain qualifications.

Contestants will just have to like the post and answer a short question. If they win, the reward will be then credited into their Mobrog account. 

With regards to the pay, Mobrog is one of those survey platforms that has a low payout threshold. 

Since there is no point system here, users are credited with dollars into their account which can be encashed through PayPal or Skrill. Once users can accumulate a balance worth $6.25 US, they will be then able to redeem their earnings hassle-free via the payout options mentioned above.

Joining Mobrog is for free. You just have to sign up to Mobrog through their website or by downloading the Mobrog mobile app from the iOS store or Google Play. 

The sign-up process takes only quite a while. 

Just like most survey platforms, you’ll have to log in with some details, such as your name, date of birth, address, and email address. 

Verification will be sent to your email and once verified, you now have access to the main dashboard of the website and will receive email notifications when new surveys are available. 

Surveys are matched with what details you enclose with them. If you fill out more details about yourself in your profile, you’re likely to be eligible for a couple more surveys.

It’s good that joining Mobrog is free and is available globally. It also offers a convenient way to answer surveys through its mobile application.

No Point System

Unlike other survey platforms that have a point system, I like the fact that Mobrog doesn’t need a point system to reward its users because they instantly credit dollars to their accounts. 

And for me, this is more convenient.  

Low Payout Threshold

The lowest payout threshold in Mobrog is $6.25, which is convenient and good. You don’t have to accumulate thousands of points compared to other survey platforms.  

CONS

Still Quite Limited

Yes, Mobrog is already available in a couple of countries so it’s still pretty limited.

Also, the demographics play a huge role in the number of surveys you can take; if you don’t qualify, then there’s no survey for you.

Also, surveys may still be dependent on the location, so a survey may vary from country to country. 

The good thing about Mobrog is that even though you’re not qualified, users can still have a chance to win in their monthly lottery.

Waste Of Time

But even though it has a low payout threshold, it can still take some time to earn a substantial income. 

Yes, you could earn something here but it’s best as “some” income opportunity. It may be better compared to other survey sites but basically, it’s not even the best spare time opportunity out there.

You need to spend a lot of time only to earn a few bucks so unless your main goal is just to help brands by providing your insights and not to earn cash, you should definitely look for another program.

After examining Mobrog and what it can offer, I can say that it is an opportunity that I definitely would not be recommended especially for those who are looking for a full-time source of income. 

Yes, it is legit and it is not a scam. Yes, it does pay but it’s basically good to kill some free time and earn a few cents.
